Key Responsibilities We’re looking for a Visual Designer with 3+ years of experience who brings both creative flair and thoughtful execution to every brief. This role is idealfor someone who enjoys crafting versatile design assets—from printto digital—while maintaining consistency, attention to detail, and a curious, collaborative spirit. You’ll work closely with the creative and content teams to translate visual ideas into high-quality marketing and product-related graphics that elevate our brand narrative. A strong command over illustration will be key in this role. Deliver a consistent volume of high-quality creative work within defined timelines. Collaborate with the creative team to conceptualise and design assets like brochures, flyers, logos, social posts, infographics, illustrations, and other marketing collateral. Bring originality to each project while avoiding design monotony and repetition. Prioritise and manage multiple design deliverables while adhering to brand guidelines. Perform image retouching, graphic refinements, and asset optimisation as required. Create custom illustrations and design elements for microsites, campaigns, and branded content. Partner with marketing and contentteams to visualise and communicate campaign ideas effectively. Maintain an organised workflow and be proactive aboutlearning and improving design skills. Job Requirements 3+ years ofrelevant experience with a portfolio showcasing diverse creative work, especially illustrations and digital assets. Strong visual storytelling ability and a high level of attention to detail. Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Figma. Solid understanding of design fundamentals like typography, layout, colortheory, and branding. Ability to think creatively, stay curious, and bring fresh ideas to the table.
