Content & Influence Strategist

We're looking for a sharp, self-driven creative who can strategise, manage, and execute influencer-led content campaigns, while also planning high-performing brand content across platforms. You’ll work closely with the founder and video team, bridging storytelling, community, and conversions.

Core Skills:

- Strong grip on influencer marketing (selection, briefing, UGC strategy) 

- Hands-on experience with short-form video content & content trends 

- Creative direction + coordination for shoots (both influencer & in-house) 

- Understanding of performance metrics on IG & what actually drives results 

- Bonus: Basic editing or creative software skills (Canva, CapCut, etc.)

Bonus Responsibilities:

• Assist in overall brand strategy, marketing and founder personal brand.
• Assist in script writing, video making and ideation.

Qualifications:

- 2-3 years experience in influencer marketing and social media is a must!

- Strong communication skills – you should be comfortable reaching out to influencers and building relationships.

- Passion for digital marketing, social media trends, and brand storytelling.

- Ability to learn quickly and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

- Bonus: Familiarity with social media platforms like Instagram, Youtube and Facebook.
