CONSULTANT Noida 4.5-8 Years INDIA Job Description (Posting). The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of Arista switching/routing platforms, excellent troubleshooting skills, and a strong background in network design, implementation, and support. Key Responsibilities: Hardware Refresh Project Execution: Lead Arista hardware refresh initiatives, including planning, deployment, testing, and migration. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement refresh strategies that minimize downtime. Ensure compatibility of new hardware with existing infrastructure and applications. Design and implement scalable, secure, and high-performance Arista network solutions. Configure and optimize Arista devices to meet business requirements. Perform root cause analysis and develop permanent solutions for recurring problems. Work with Arista TAC (Technical Assistance Center) for vendor-level escalation and resolution. Advanced knowledge of routing protocols (e.g., BGP, OSPF, EIGRP) and switching technologies. Proficiency in configuring and troubleshooting Arista devices, including EOS (Extensible Operating System). Certification: Arista ACE (Arista Certified Engineer) or equivalent is highly preferred. To participate or contribute on EN business in creation of proposals to drive Service improvement plans. (4.) To provide support for on call escalations /L3 level support and doing incident & problem management (6.) Work on value adding activities such Knowledge base update & management, Training freshers, coaching analysts & conducting interviews/participation in hiring drives.
