Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Computer Technician located in Nagercoil. The Computer Technician will be responsible for technical support, computer maintenance, troubleshooting, computer repair, operating systems management and system networking on a daily basis.

Qualifications

Technical Support, Computer Maintenance, and Troubleshooting skills
Computer Repair and Operating Systems knowledge
Hardware and Networking knowledge
Experience in hardware and software troubleshooting
Strong problem-solving abilities
Excellent communication skills
Ability to work well in a team environment
A certification in IT or related field is a plus
Working knowledge of MS Office for document drafting, Photoshop and DTP tools for graphic design and document compilation is a boost
