Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Company Secretary located in Kochi. The Company Secretary will be responsible for ensuring corporate compliance, managing corporate governance, maintaining statutory records, and liaising with regulatory authorities. This role also involves preparing agendas, minutes, and reports for board meetings, handling communication with stakeholders, and providing strategic legal and administrative support to the company's management team. Qualifications Strong knowledge of corporate governance, compliance, and regulatory requirements Experience in maintaining statutory records and handling board meetings Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills Ability to liaise with regulatory authorities and stakeholders Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, or related field; qualified Company Secretary (CS) qualification is preferred Experience in the education or technology sector is a plus Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software tools Show more Show less
