Role Overview:
The Trek Experience & Community Manager is responsible for ensuring a seamless and enriching experience for trekkers, from the moment they inquire about a trek to post-trek engagement. This role focuses on customer satisfaction, community engagement, and retention, ensuring that every trekker has a memorable and hassle-free experience while fostering a strong community of outdoor enthusiasts.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Customer Experience & Satisfaction
Oversee the entire trekker journey, from booking to post-trek feedback.
Ensure smooth pre-trek communication, including itinerary details, gear checklists, and preparation tips.
Address customer concerns, resolve queries, and ensure high satisfaction levels.
Coordinate with operations and trek leaders to ensure every trek runs smoothly.
2. Community Engagement & Growth
Build and nurture the TrekNomads community, ensuring active engagement across platforms.
Organize post-trek meetups, webinars, and workshops to keep trekkers connected.
Develop and manage the TrekNomads Rewards Program, encouraging repeat treks and referrals.
Encourage trekkers to share testimonials, reviews, and experiences on social media, Google, and TripAdvisor.
3. Retention & Loyalty Programs
Identify and implement strategies to increase customer retention and repeat treks.
Personalize outreach for returning trekkers with special offers and loyalty perks.
Analyze trek feedback and continuously improve experiences based on insights.
4. Trekker Onboarding & Education
Conduct pre-trek orientation sessions to guide trekkers on fitness, gear, and expectations.
Work with trek leaders to ensure trekkers are well-prepared for different terrains and challenges.
5. Brand Advocacy & Community Leadership
Be the face of TrekNomads for customer interactions, ensuring strong brand advocacy.
Represent TrekNomads in community events, adventure forums, and networking groups.
Partner with corporates, schools, and institutions to promote outdoor experiences.
