Role Description

This is a remote role of a Community Manager. The Community Manager will be responsible for engaging with the community, moderating discussions, creating and curating content, and organizing events to foster a vibrant community presence. Daily tasks include managing social media channels, responding to community inquiries, and analyzing community feedback to inform strategies. The role also involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to align community initiatives with the company's overall goals.

Qualifications

• Experience in Community Management, Social Media Management, and Content Creation
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in using community management tools and platforms
• Ability to create and implement community engagement strategies
• Analytical skills to assess community feedback and engagement metrics
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Experience in event planning and execution is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
