About the Role:

Community & Customer Experience Executive

Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer queries and concerns via WhatsApp, Instagram DMs, email, and occasional phone support
• Coordinate returns, exchanges, and reverse logistics through our internal systems
• Maintain accurate records of orders, issues, and resolutions
• Assist in daily order packaging and ensure a smooth post-purchase experience
• Curate and schedule engaging Instagram posts, reels, and interactive stories
• Monitor comments, respond to queries, and grow audience engagement
• Identify, approach, and negotiate with new influencers for brand collaborations
• Meet monthly influencer collab targets and maintain long-term relationships
• Work with internal teams to resolve customer/influencer issues efficiently
• Bring creative ideas to build and engage the Cheesewalk community

What We’re Looking For:

• Excellent communication skills in English (Hindi proficiency is a plus)
• Hands-on knowledge of Instagram features and community engagement tactics
• Organised and detail-oriented with a customer-first mindset
• Creative flair for social content and storytelling
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Prior experience in customer support, influencer outreach, or social media is preferred
