Communications Specialist

Role Overview:

We are seeking a Communication Specialist to support our digital presence and internal/external communication strategies. The ideal candidate should have a flair for writing, knowledge of social media platforms, and the eagerness to learn and contribute to a fast-paced team. The Key Responsibilities would include Content Writing, Email Communication, Coordination & Admin Tasks, and Social Media Management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Social Media Management:
• Assist in creating and scheduling content for LinkedIn and Twitter.
• Monitor engagement, trends, and analytics.
• Contribute creative ideas for campaigns and community building.
• Content Writing:
• Draft blog posts, captions, and short-form content tailored to different platforms.
• Assist in creating newsletters and internal communications.
• Proofread and edit content for clarity and consistency.
• Email Communication:
• Manage inboxes and respond to client or partner inquiries.
• Assist in writing and formatting outreach and follow-up emails.
• Help organize and manage email campaigns using tools like Mailchimp, Zoho, etc. (training can be provided).
• Coordination & Admin Tasks:
• Maintain content calendars and communications trackers.
• Collaborate with design, marketing, and HR teams to align messaging.

Requirements:

• Recent graduate in Communications, English, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn, Twitter, and social media best practices.
• A basic understanding of content writing and digital tone.
• Organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Eagerness to learn and take initiative.

Nice to Have (Not Mandatory):

• Experience with tools like Canva, Buffer/Hootsuite, Google Workspace, or Mailchimp.
• A personal blog or online writing portfolio.
• Knowledge of ChatGPT, MS Excel, or basic analytics.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Schedule:
