This is not a hospitality or hotel sales role.


We’re hiring polished, target-driven sales professionals from hospitality/event backgrounds who are ready to shift into a faster, more strategic selling environment. If you’re looking to stay in hotel sales, this isn’t the right fit.


About the Role


  • You’ve sold high-value packages, handled demanding corporate clients, and know how to close a deal with finesse. But maybe you’re done with room nights and banquet halls.


  • We’re building a lean, high-performance commercial team that works directly with top-tier clients and decision-makers in a space that values sharp thinking, not cookie-cutter pitches.


  • If you’re ready to leave the hospitality script behind and take on something faster, sharper, and more direct — this is your pivot.


What You’ll Do


Your job is not to sell space. It’s to sell ideas and visibility outcomes. Here’s what you’ll do:


  • Own and grow a book of business — from outreach to closure
  • Identify and open conversations with key decision-makers (brands, institutions, etc.)
  • Customize pitches using insights, not standard decks
  • Work cross-functionally with strategy and ops to execute clean, high-impact campaigns
  • Actively participate in internal reviews and pipeline discussions — you will be heard
  • Think like an owner — not just a quota chaser
  • Build and grow a portfolio of enterprise clients and partners
  • Lead commercial conversations end-to-end — prospecting, pitching, closing
  • Position solutions (not inventories) to solve real marketing or visibility needs
  • Work directly with founders to design and deliver pitches
  • Unlock new verticals using your service orientation and account instincts


Who You Are


  • Hunger to break into a new industry — and thrive in a fast-paced, lean setup
  • 2–6 years of client-facing sales experience in hospitality, luxury events, or premium services
  • Fluent with B2B or corporate sales
  • Strong communication — both verbal polish and written clarity
  • Self-motivated with zero drama — gets things done without waiting for perfect instructions
  • Hungry to move out of a fixed-system environment into something that rewards agility
