Key Responsibilities:

· Handle collection follow-ups with clients for due and outstanding payments.

· Maintain and update payment tracking sheets in Advanced Excel (using formulas, pivot tables, etc.).

· Communicate professionally with customers through calls, emails, and WhatsApp for reminders and queries.

· Coordinate with internal departments like CRM, Sales, and Accounts for collection status.

· Resolve client issues related to payment delays or outstanding balances.

· Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all collections.

· Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports for management review.

Required Skills:

· Proficiency in Advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Table, Data Validation, Conditional Formatting, etc.)

· Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Gujarati.

· Strong typing speed (minimum 35–40 WPM).

· Knowledge of real estate collection process is a must.

· Ability to handle pressure and meet collection targets.

· Well-organized and attention to detail.

· Familiarity with basic accounting and ERP or CRM software (preferred).

Eligibility Criteria:

· Graduate in Commerce or related field (B.Com preferred).

· Minimum 2 years of experience in Collection, preferably in the Real Estate sector.

· Good interpersonal and negotiation skills.
