As a Cold Caller Intern at our company, you will play a crucial role in supporting our sales and outreach efforts. This position is perfect for individuals who are eager to acquire practical experience in lead generation, client communication, and B2B/B2C sales strategy. Your primary responsibilities will include initiating calls to potential customers, presenting our products/services, and arranging meetings or generating interest for further follow-up by our sales team. Your key responsibilities will involve making outbound calls to potential clients using provided lead lists or CRM tools, effectively explaining our company and offerings, evaluating leads based on specific criteria, scheduling appointments for the sales team, maintaining call logs, updating contact details in the CRM system, assisting in market research activities to refine lead targeting, and collaborating with the sales and marketing departments to enhance pitch scripts and customer engagement strategies.
