Job description Job Title: HRBP –Cluster Operations (Blue Collar) Location: Gurgaon, Hyderabad, Kochi, Pune, Mumbai, Chennai, Pondicherry, Goa, Trivandrum, Hubli, Jaipur, Dehradun, Indore ,Nagpur Job Type: Contract to Hire (C2H) Experience: 2–6 Years Job description : We are hiring an experienced HR Business Partner to manage blue-collar employees across warehouse operations. This is a field-based, high-impact role involving travel, employee engagement, and operational HR support. Key Responsibilities: ● Manage HR operations for 400+ blue-collar employees ● Control absenteeism and ensure strong attendance discipline ● Handle 40–50 pods/teams and resolve on-ground issues ● Travel intercity or outstation to support multiple warehouses ● Drive attrition control, retention, and employee engagement ● Conduct grievance handling and resolve employee conflicts ● Ensure timely and accurate attendance & roster management ● Support onboarding, induction, and exit formalities ● Coordinate with warehouse managers and internal HR teams ● Ensure compliance with PF, ESI, LWF, and labor laws Required Skills: ● Strong background in blue-collar HR operations ● Willingness to travel frequently across cities ● Hands-on with attendance systems and Excel/MIS ● Good communication, problem-solving, and people management skills ● Familiarity with statutory compliance and labor laws Preferred Industry Background: ● E-commerce ● Logistics ● Warehouse Operations ● Staffing Agencies How to Apply: Interested candidates, please share your updated resume at [📧 Violet@comett.in] Subject line: Application for HRBP || Location Show more Show less
