Together, we strive to make a lasting difference — because at Vensi, “ We exist to Save Lives” Job Title: Clinical Application Specialist – Critical Care Devices Location: Naya Raipur (Flexible) Department: Sales & Marketing Reports To: National Sales Manager Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and proactive Clinical Application Specialist to support the implementation, education of our advanced critical care medical devices, with a primary focus on ventilator systems and ICU technologies . This role will serve as a crucial link between hospital clinical teams and our internal sales, service, and product management teams. The ideal candidate will have strong clinical knowledge, technical acumen, and hands-on ICU experience to facilitate optimal device utilization and enhance patient care outcomes. Key Responsibilities: Product Training & Education: Conduct hands-on, on-site training and post-installation education sessions for physicians, nurses, respiratory therapists, and ICU staff. Deliver structured in-service programs to support both new and experienced users in effective equipment operation and protocol adherence. Clinical Support: Provide real-time support during ICU onboarding and initial patient cases to ensure correct clinical application of ventilator and life-support devices. Extend on-ground or remote support at short notice for troubleshooting and user confidence-building. Pre-sales & Technical Liaison: Assist the sales team with clinical presentations and product demonstrations during evaluations or tender processes. Serve as a clinical point of contact for hospitals, helping interpret data, address product queries, and support clinical decision-making. User Feedback & Product Insights: Gather insights from end-users and clinical experiences to support continuous product development and internal feedback loops. Stay updated with current critical care protocols, technology advancements, and therapy guidelines to ensure relevant clinical engagement. Minimum Qualifications: Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Respiratory Therapy, Nursing, Perfusion Technology, or Biomedical Engineering . Experience: 1–5 years of clinical experience in ICU/Critical Care or hands-on training with ventilators and respiratory devices . Prior experience in clinical education or medical device support will be preferred. Preferred Candidate Profile: Demonstrates sound clinical judgment with a problem-solving mindset. Previous experience in ventilator device education, critical care device commissioning, or bedside ICU support.
