Manage the daily operations of the clinic to ensure seamless patient flow and team coordination
Act as the main point of contact for clients – from consultations to feedback follow-ups
Ensure service quality, client satisfaction, and achievement of monthly performance goals
Supervise and support front desk, therapists, nursing staff, and marketing team
Maintain schedules, coordinate appointments, and minimize patient wait times
Track inventory, handle vendor coordination, and manage clinic supplies
Handle billing oversight, documentation, staff training, and reporting
Bachelor's degree (preferably in healthcare, business admin, or hospitality)
Prior experience as a clinic manager, operations executive, or wellness coordinator
Excellent communication, leadership, and people management skills
Tech-savvy – comfort with CRM tools, POS systems, Excel, WhatsApp Business, etc.
Strong problem-solving mindset and ability to manage client escalations gracefully
Passion for the beauty/aesthetic/healthcare industry
