You will be joining Wepsol as a Client Services Representative in Thane Mumbai, in a full-time on-site role with the possibility of some work from home. Your primary responsibility will be to manage client interactions, ensuring customer satisfaction, providing exceptional customer service, and addressing finance-related queries. Your role will require strong communication skills to effectively resolve client concerns and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction. To excel in this position, you should possess client services and customer service skills, along with experience in handling finance-related queries. You will be expected to leverage your IT support, field support, and remote support experience to address client needs promptly and efficiently. Immediate availability for joining is preferred, along with excellent problem-solving abilities and keen attention to detail. While a bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Communications, or a related field is preferred, prior experience in a client services role will be advantageous. Additionally, any background in the printer and copier industries will be given preference.
