This is a full-time on-site role for a Client Services Representative, located in Ernakulam. The Client Services Representative will handle day-to-day tasks including communicating with clients, addressing client queries, order management , production followup , resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction. This role also involves providing exceptional customer service and working closely with the finance team to address billing concerns and other financial inquiries and collection of payments.

Excellent Communication skills
Strong focus on Customer Satisfaction
Experience in Finance-related tasks and queries
Excellent problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Experience in a customer-facing role is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field preferred
