Job Overview:

Client Service Manager

managing clinician schedules


Roles/Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate clinician schedules

    to ensure accurate and timely placement of assigned cases.
  • Proactively prioritize and staff high-priority or time-sensitive cases

    , engaging directly with clinicians to confirm visit schedules including during off-hours or weekends, when necessary.
  • Tactfully and persuasively encourage clinicians

    to accept additional visits during emergencies or last-minute gaps, including on their off days, while maintaining a respectful and professional rapport.
  • Act as the

    first point of contact for scheduling or service-related escalations

    , resolving issues promptly and efficiently to avoid disruptions in patient care.
  • Use diplomacy, strong communication, and negotiation skills to address last-minute needs and secure clinician availability.
  • Consistently drive client satisfaction by maintaining open, proactive communication and delivering reliable service quality.
  • Identify and implement process improvements

    that optimize scheduling operations and enhance overall team performance.
  • Uphold high standards of accuracy, responsiveness, and professionalism in all coordination activities.
  • Take full ownership and accountability of assigned responsibilities, ensuring all tasks are completed in a timely and dependable manner.


Qualifications:

  • A graduate degree in any discipline; candidates with exposure to

    healthcare coordination, operations

    , or

    sales

    will have an added advantage.
  • 4 to 8 years of experience working with international clients, preferably in the healthcare, service, or client-facing operations domain.
  • Strong command of English communication,

    both spoken and written, with the ability to engage professionally and persuasively.
  • Excellent computer proficiency and coordination skills; comfort with tools used for scheduling and communication.
  • Proven ability to work in high-pressure, fast-paced environment

    with strong multitasking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Willingness to work night shifts
