Client Relationship Manager

You are a detail-oriented and proactive CRM Manager responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing CRM strategies to enhance customer engagement, retention, and loyalty. Your role involves analyzing customer behaviors, segmenting audiences, and personalizing customer communications with a data-driven approach. You will collaborate closely with marketing, sales, and customer support teams to implement strategies that improve the customer experience and maximize lifetime value. Your duties as a CRM Manager include collecting and analyzing customer data, developing and managing CRM strategies, handling client and vendor correspondence, planning and executing multi-channel CRM campaigns, analyzing campaign performance metrics, creating reports to communicate effectiveness, identifying areas for customer journey improvements, developing workflows for communication automation, gathering feedback to enhance the CRM system, collaborating with customer service to address inquiries, overseeing CRM platform implementation and maintenance, as well as working with IT developers to troubleshoot and customize CRM functionalities. To qualify for this role, you should possess a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, along with a minimum of 1 year of experience in Customer Relations or a relevant field. Proficiency in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), excellent organizational and multitasking skills, strong verbal and written communication abilities, independence in work with minimal supervision, professionalism, confidentiality, prioritization skills, and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment are essential qualities for success in this position.,
