Role Overview

What You’ll Do

1. Parent & Student Support

• Be the point of contact for enrolled parents during US hours
• Track class schedules and follow up on attendance and consistency
• Resolve parent queries or concerns professionally and promptly
• Maintain up-to-date records on sessions, feedback, and student progress

2. Renewal & Engagement

• Check in with parents toward the end of their tutoring plans
• Share progress updates and guide them toward the right next steps
• Coordinate internally for invoices, payment reminders, and renewals

3. Tutor Coordination

• Match tutors with students for new or rescheduled sessions
• Maintain live trackers for tutor availability
• Troubleshoot any last-minute scheduling issues

What We’re Looking For

• 1–3 years of experience in operations, coordination, or client-facing roles
• Strong spoken and written English

• Willingness to work night shifts (US hours)

• High ownership and speed in handling real-time situations
• Comfort with tools like Google Sheets, Zoho, WhatsApp Web
• Bachelor’s degree in any stream (education/management is a bonus)
