Job Title: Operation Manager (Civil Engineer) Location: Raipur Job Type: Full Time Experience: 5-10 Years Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Operation Manager (Civil Engineer) to oversee and manage on-site civil construction activities. The ideal candidate should have in-depth knowledge of civil construction, structural designs, layouts, materials, and project execution. They will be responsible for ensuring that construction projects are completed on time, within budget, and as per quality standards while adhering to safety regulations. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and coordinate all on-site construction activities. Review and interpret drawings, blueprints, layouts, and design specifications. Ensure construction work complies with approved plans and safety standards. Monitor project progress, ensuring timely completion and resolving issues proactively. Coordinate with engineers, architects, contractors, and workers. Inspect materials and workmanship to ensure quality standards. Maintain daily progress reports and documentation. Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations. Manage site labor, subcontractors, and resources efficiently. Report project updates and issues to project managers/stakeholders. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s/Diploma in Civil Engineering or related field. 5-10 years of experience in civil construction and site supervision. Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety regulations. Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, or similar software is a plus. Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to handle multiple projects and work under pressure. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in residential/commercial/industrial projects. Knowledge of local building codes and regulations. Certification in construction safety (OSHA, NEBOSH, or equivalent) is an advantage.
