PickMyWork is a gig platform that helps any company sign-up new customers and engage with them, through a pay-per-task model using up-skilled unemployed youth. Role- City Head - GPay Location- Bihar Compensation Structure - 3 LPA - 4 LPA Roles and Responsibilities- Responsible for driving business in the respective city/territory Ensuring Achievement of Defined Sales Targets. Ensuring Sales team earns its variable/incentive on daily/monthly basis Conduct regular market visits to make sure business partners are satisfied with us Follow all the operational SOPs, competitor analysis, marketing activity Execute local marketing and brand building strategies Monitor local end-to-end operations to ensure maximum sales and efficiency Continuously search for new opportunities in order to increase sales in the territory. Helping HR team in hiring and on ground training of TLs/Partners Managing on ground execution of projects Whom are we looking for? Proven experience in sales, business development, or territory management, preferably in a fast-paced or startup environment Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets Ability to drive and motivate sales teams to achieve daily/monthly incentives Willingness to conduct regular field visits and maintain strong relationships with business partners Understanding of sales operations, SOPs, and local competitor dynamics Experience in executing on-ground marketing and brand-building activities Operational excellence with the ability to monitor and manage end-to-end local operations for maximum efficiency Proactive in identifying new business opportunities and strategies to boost sales Experience in assisting recruitment processes and training for team leaders or field partners Strong organizational and project management skills to ensure smooth on-ground execution What We Offer- Competitive salary and performance-based incentives.
