Key Responsibilities:

• Support the Director in planning and tracking strategic projects.
• Coordinate across departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and updates for internal and external stakeholders.
• Monitor performance metrics and suggest improvements.
• Manage schedules, meetings, and communications on behalf of the Director.

• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Excellent multitasking and time management abilities
• High emotional intelligence and professionalism
• Experience with MS Office, presentations, and hotel systems
• An eye for detail and a problem-solving mindset
