The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in managing strategic customer accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, and driving revenue growth through focused technical support and field visits. Key Responsibilities: Manage and grow key customer accounts, focusing on LDPE and other polymer products. Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall revenue objectives. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities. Provide regular reports and updates on account status, issues, and sales forecasts. Key Skills Required: Strong background in core sales (2-3 years of experience). In-depth technical knowledge of polymers, particularly LDPE (23 years preferred). Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills. Proficiency in account management and customer relationship handling. Willingness to travel for client visits and field support. Qualification: Degree or Diploma in CIPET (Central Institute of Petrochemicals Engineering & Technology) or a relevant technical field. Preferred Candidate Profile: Prior experience in the polymer industry is highly desirable. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
