With a strong foundation in occupancy, design, and operations, we’re now scaling aggressively—and are looking for a driven professional to lead our Broker-Led Sales Growth Strategy.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

Identify and onboard active commercial brokers and real estate consultants in Jaipur and NCR.

Build and manage a growing broker partner network with regular communication and support.

Organize weekly inventory updates, virtual walkthroughs, and physical site visits.

Implement and track the broker incentive structure and ensure timely payouts.

Collaborate with the sales and operations teams to ensure smooth closure of leads.

Represent Suits Workspaces at broker meetups, events, and channel partner activities.

Maintain a detailed database of all partners and prospects in CRM with lead stage tracking.

Meet or exceed monthly occupancy and revenue targets through broker referrals.

✅ Candidate Requirements

2 to 5 years experience in channel sales, broker management, or field sales (real estate/coworking preferred).

Strong broker/agent network in Jaipur and nearby regions.

Excellent interpersonal, networking, and communication skills.

Self-starter who can work independently with ownership.

Comfortable with travel across the city for partner engagement.

💰 Salary & Benefits

CTC: ₹2.2 – ₹3.8 LPA (Fixed + Variable)

Incentives: Per deal closure incentive, performance bonus on targets
