We are Hiring 15 Energetic Channel Sales Executives to Handle our International Education Project's Distribution Channel.


The ideal candidate will excel in this position if they can aid recruiting efforts and fulfill our Recruitment needs by matching Candidates. To do so, the candidate must be able to source and qualify leads meeting the company's criteria. To succeed, the candidate must understand the technical depth of the industry and the company to become an effective talent partner. 


 

Role Description


  1. This is a full-time remote role for a Channel Sales Executive at क्लिक2Career.
  2. The Channel Sales Executive will assist in Sourcing, Screening, and Scheduling interviews of our Channel Partners.
  3. Actively source and recruit eligible Channel Partners from Cold Calling, Own Reference, and Networking. 
  4. Scheduling Training and orientation for New Channel Partners.
  5. Also support the Training team in various Orientation and Training Workshops and maintain Channel Partner databases.
  6. Maintaining strong relationships with the Selected Channel Partners Team.
  7. Motivate and guide the Channel Partners team to become active in the operation.
  8. Working to improve Active and Productive Team Building efficiency.



Eligibility


  1. Any Graduate or Post Graduate Fresher Candidates Only.
  2. MBA, PGDM (HRM & Marketing) Fresher Most Preferable Candidate.
  3. Only Freshers Candidates Can Apply.
  4. Good verbal and written communication skills.
  5. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  6. Proficiency in MS Office and E-Mail Writing.
  7. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  8. Applicants must have a Laptop and a Smartphone with a proper Wi-Fi connection at home.
  9. Immediate Joiner Only Can Apply.

  1. Selected Candidates need to complete an OJT (Live Project) to Enhance Team Building and Team Handling Skills.
  2. Fixed Stipend of Rs 15000 During the OJT Period.
  3. Get a TAB after Successfully Completing this OJT. 
  4. Quality Free Training and Mentorship during the OJT Period.
  5. Get Employment Confirmation Letter with Immediate Effect after completing the OJT with a Minimum Fixed CTC of Rs 2,40,000 P.A. and a Variable CTC of Up To Rs 7,50,000 P.A.
  6. Monday to Saturday (10 AM to 6 PM) Working.
