Job Description

We are looking for a results-driven Business Developer to join our team and take ownership of expanding our customer base through strategic channel partnerships. This role is focused on promoting and selling enterprise software products within the domestic B2B market, with an emphasis on driving revenue through a network of resellers, partners, and system integrators.

Candidates with prior experience selling software solutions to hospital, hospitality, or real estate sectors will be given preference.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, onboard, and manage channel partners (resellers, integrators, consultants).
  • Promote and demonstrate software solutions (HCM, ERP, CRM, VMS, etc.) through the channel network.
  • Train and enable partners to effectively pitch and sell the products.
  • Drive lead generation and deal closures in collaboration with channel partners.
  • Maintain strong partner relationships to ensure active engagement and mutual growth.
  • Collaborate with internal teams including product, pre-sales, and marketing to support partner needs.
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and partner meetings.
  • Provide regular reports on channel performance, sales forecasts, and market intelligence.
  • Share partner and market feedback with internal teams to support continuous product improvement.

Qualifications:

  • 1–3 years of proven experience in software product sales (HCM, ERP, CRM, VMS, etc.).
  • Experience in Channel Sales is mandatory.
  • Prior experience working with clients in hospital, hospitality, or real estate industries is highly preferred.
  • Solid understanding of the domestic (Indian) B2B market and enterprise software landscape.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong negotiation, relationship-building, and deal-closing abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office Suite.
  • Demonstrated ability to consistently achieve or exceed sales targets.
