Job Responsibilities Channel marketing: Developing new channel marketing strategies and implementing marketing plans. Targeting channels in order to promote products, services and brand Analyse market data, trends, consumer preferences, and competitor behaviour to optimize marketing strategies Evaluating and improving existing channel marketing strategies. Relationship management - driving channel marketing strategies in collaboration with the marketing team, internal departments and business leadership team. Partner marketing: managing all marketing campaign communications and establishing strong partner networks Research the latest marketing technologies and techniques to ensure the business is at the forefront of marketing Collaborate with external agency partners on developing marketing campaigns, brand and product collaterals. BTL marketing, lead generation and other strategic initiatives. The Human Safety Net (CSR): Increase THSN awareness, social responsibility and drive volunteering & participation through marketing initiatives Co-ordinate with external partners, agencies and internal departments to drive THSN goals and initiatives Skills Required Excellent in PPT & Advanced excel analytical and strategic thinking skills leadership, communication, and collaboration capabilities ability to drive creativity and innovation Education and Experience Specialization in advertising, communication or Post graduate or MBA Overall 5+ years of domain experience in advertising, communication or Insurance Marketing
