Catalog Executive

Role Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Catalogue Executive to manage and optimize our product catalogues across various e-commerce platforms, including Amazon, Quick Commerce platforms, and Shopify. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring accuracy, completeness, and appeal of product listings to drive customer engagement and sales. Key Responsibilities: Create, manage, and regularly update product listings on platforms such as Amazon, Quick Commerce sites, and Shopify. Ensure high-quality and accurate product information including titles, descriptions, images, pricing, variations, and specifications. Coordinate closely with internal teams (marketing, product, inventory management) to maintain consistency and accuracy of data. Monitor competitor catalogues and industry trends to suggest improvements. Optimize product listings for better visibility using SEO best practices. Conduct regular audits of product catalogues to correct inaccuracies and enhance listing quality. Work with graphic designers and photographers to ensure appealing visuals are aligned with marketplace guidelines. Liaise with marketplace support teams to resolve listing-related issues. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or related fields. Minimum 1-2 years of experience in catalogue management, particularly with Amazon, Shopify, or Quick Commerce platforms. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with e-commerce listing tools. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Good understanding of SEO practices for e-commerce listings. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Preferred Skills: Familiarity with Amazon Seller Central, Shopify admin, and other marketplace tools. Experience with inventory management software. Basic image editing skills.
