KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS :

  • Managing IT infrastructure hardware & software asset, design the right CMDB structure, leverage available technology for asset discovery, integration, CMDB system.
  • Managing IT Infrastructure capacity, compute, memory, storage, backup. Coordinating with Cloud architect to better allocate resources for different type of workloads/applications.
  • Managing IT infrastructure demand, engaging internal customers and enterprise team.
  • Tracking workload migration to balance the clusters in Vcenter
  • Managing commission and decommission tracker engaging with partners and customers


EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION | WORK EXPERIENCE | SKILLS

Educational Qualification: Minimum Requirements

BE/Btech/MCA in Computer Science / Electronics

Certification : ITIL, Cloud Certification,


Work Experience: Minimum Work Ex. Required

8 to 10 year of experience in IT infrastructure with respect to assets management and Capacity management. Good understanding of Infra cross domains

Technical Skills and Capabilities (Primary - Must have)

  • 8+ years’ experience on managing assets management hardware and software.
  • Good knowledge in capacity management
  • Should have worked in process mature production environments handling 24x7 support
  • Implementation skills (ability to prepare project plan / manage the same as per defined timelines).
  • Vendor / Partner Management skills
  • Customer handling skills
