Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Caller. The Caller will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients, following up on leads, providing information about our USMLE preparation program, and responding to inquiries. The role involves maintaining accurate records of interactions, scheduling follow-up calls, and assisting the sales team in achieving targets.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and phone skills
• Experience in customer service and sales
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Familiarity with CRM software and data entry
• High level of professionalism and a customer-focused attitude
• Basic understanding of the USMLE and medical residency process is a plus
• Bachelor's degree or relevant experience in sales, communications, or a related field
