This is a part-time remote role for a TeleCaring Assistant. The TeleCaring Assistant will be responsible for engaging with clients through phone calls, providing them with information, and offering support as per the guidelines set by the company. Day-to-day tasks will include following up on client inquiries, documenting interactions, and ensuring a positive client experience. Additionally, the assistant will relay any client feedback to the team for further action.

Qualifications

Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills
Prior experience in customer service or a related field
Basic computer skills including proficiency with email and data entry
Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Patience, empathy, and a solution-oriented mindset
High school diploma or equivalent
Experience in social services or a community support role is a plus
