Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Call Quality Auditor located in Coimbatore. The Call Quality Auditor will be responsible for monitoring and evaluating call quality, ensuring adherence to company standards, identifying areas of improvement, and providing feedback to improve overall service quality. The role involves conducting regular audits, analysing call data, maintaining quality assurance standards, and collaborating with team members to implement quality improvement initiatives.
