Atmabodh Wellness Center is seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Call Center Executive for Sales. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for potential clients, responsible for driving sales by promoting our wellness programs and services, addressing inquiries, and ensuring a positive customer experience. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong sales acumen, and a passion for health and wellness.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound calls, emails, and potentially chat inquiries from prospective and existing clients.
Proactively reach out to potential customers, generate leads, and explain the benefits of Atmabodh Wellness Center's programs and services.
Identify customer needs and recommend suitable wellness packages, memberships, and treatments.
Provide accurate and detailed information about services, pricing, promotions, and scheduling.
Effectively communicate the value proposition of wellness programs and handle objections to close sales.
Schedule appointments, consultations, and follow-up calls for potential clients.
Maintain accurate and detailed records of all customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Resolve customer queries, issues, and complaints with professionalism and efficiency, escalating complex cases to the appropriate department when necessary.
Build and maintain strong, lasting customer relationships to ensure client satisfaction and foster repeat business.
Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, service offerings, and industry trends within the wellness sector.
Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance sales skills and product understanding.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent; a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
Proven experience in a call center, telesales, or customer service role, preferably with a focus on sales.
Demonstrated track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a clear and professional phone demeanor.
Strong active listening and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in using CRM software and other call center technologies.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Customer-focused with a strong commitment to providing exceptional service.
Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
Preferred Qualifications:
Prior experience in the health, wellness, spa, or healthcare industry.
Familiarity with various wellness practices and treatments.
Fluency in multiple languages relevant to the local customer base.
