We are a dynamic and fast-growing IT company based in Surat, offering customized web, mobile, and digital solutions to clients worldwide. We are looking for an experienced and goal-oriented Business Development Manager (BDM) to lead our sales initiatives, drive growth, and expand our client base across domestic and international markets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and generate new business opportunities in the IT services domain (web development, mobile apps, digital solutions, etc.)
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and client engagement
• Prepare proposals, presentations, and negotiate deals with prospective clients
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure client requirements are accurately translated into project deliverables
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities
• Achieve monthly and quarterly business development targets
• Represent the company in client meetings, networking events, and conferences

Requirements:

• Minimum 4 years of experience in business development or sales in the IT industry
• Proven track record of lead generation, deal closure, and client relationship management
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Strong understanding of IT services including web/mobile development and digital technologies
• Ability to work independently and manage the full sales cycle
• Familiarity with CRM tools and sales reporting
