Job Title: Business Operations & Development Manager

Location: Vapi, Gujarat

Reports to: Founder / Senior Partner

Job Summary: KD Financial Services is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Business Operations & Development Manager to drive both business growth and operational excellence. This hybrid role is ideal for a professional who can seamlessly manage client acquisition, relationship building, and backend processes. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in expanding our client base while ensuring smooth onboarding, regulatory compliance, and service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Pitch investment and financial services to individual and corporate clients
• Build and nurture relationships with existing clients
• Analyze market trends and competitor offerings to refine strategy
• Oversee end-to-end client onboarding including KYC, documentation, and platform integration
• Liaise with mutual fund platforms, RTAs, and other third-party service providers
• Ensure timely execution of client transactions and service requests
• Monitor operational workflows and implement process improvements

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or related field (MBA preferred)
• 1+ years of experience in financial services, preferably in a hybrid sales-operations role
• Strong understanding of mutual funds, financial products, and compliance processes
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in CRM software, Excel, and digital platforms used in wealth management
• Self-starter with multitasking ability and attention to detail
