Business Manager – Contractual (1 Year)

Location: Bangalore
Type: Contractual – 1 year

Key Responsibilities:

Vendor & Channel Partner Management:

● Develop and nurture long-term relationships with vendors and channel partners.

● Act as the primary point of contact for channel partners, ensuring smooth collaboration.

● Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to align with company goals.

● Manage vendor accounts on Amazon, Noon, Namshi, Trendyol and other marketplaces.

● Work closely with merchandising teams to ensure optimal product placement

● Coordination with multiple stakeholders

Merchandising & Budget Planning:

● Plan and execute merchandising strategies to maximize sales.

● Ensure product availability, pricing accuracy, and promotional alignment.

● Work within budget constraints while optimizing profitability.

Operational & Analytical Excellence:

● Generate and manage Purchase Orders (POs) efficiently.

● Utilize Excel for data analysis, reporting, and inventory tracking.

● Monitor sales performance and optimize vendor relations accordingly.

Communication & Soft Skills:

● Strong interpersonal skills to maintain positive vendor relationships.

● Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines efficiently.

● High level of discipline and structured workflow management.

Requirements:
Must-Have Skills:

✔ Experience in vendor management, Merchandising

✔ Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for budgeting, analysis, and reporting.

✔ Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.

✔ Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Preferred Skills:

- Experience with Amazon Vendor Central or other e-commerce platforms

-Understanding of order fulfilment and owning the operational processes wrt brands and channel partners

-Experience in budget planning and cost optimization

Job Type: Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
