Role Overview:

driving plot/land sales

Key Responsibilities:

Own the complete sales function for all land/plot inventory.
Build and lead a team of real estate sales executives and site staff.
Design and execute sales strategies to meet monthly/quarterly targets.
Oversee marketing campaigns in coordination with the digital team.
Conduct regular market research and competitor tracking.
Ensure every customer experience is smooth, transparent, and professional.
Liaise with legal, CRM, and field teams for seamless operations.
Implement CRM systems and lead-tracking tools for accountability.
Represent the company in high-value deals and site visits if needed.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

4–10 years of experience in
real estate sales, land transactions, or project sales
.
Strong leadership and team-building abilities.
Excellent communication and client-handling skills.
Comfortable with numbers, targets, and performance-driven roles.
Tech-savvy – able to work with CRMs, property portals, and lead systems.
Integrity, discipline, and hunger to grow are must-haves.
