Job Overview:

Business Finance Manager

Job Responsibilities:

Lead
budgeting & forecasting
, and set financial targets with business teams.
Partner with cross-functional teams to
drive profitability and cost optimization
.
Oversee
vendor payments
,
invoice processing
, and
utility tracking
.
Conduct
weekly P&L reviews
with the CEO; track risks and opportunities.
Manage
cash flow
, monitor bank balances, and ensure timely collections.
Ensure accurate
month-end closures
and
balance sheet hygiene
with the Controllership team.
Actively participate in
business review meetings (WBRMs)
and drive execution of action points.

Qualifications & Skills:

Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA)
with 2–3 years of relevant experience
Strong analytical and business acumen with proficiency in financial modeling and forecasting
Experience working with cross-functional teams and senior management
Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
Excellent communication and presentation skills
