Business Development

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, especially in the digital space, with the ability to sell websites, custom software solutions, and secure digital marketing and SEO projects. Key Responsibilities: Identify and prospect new clients through cold calling, email campaigns, networking, and referrals. Present and pitch our services (web development, custom software, digital marketing, SEO) to potential clients. Understand client needs and prepare customized proposals and quotations. Follow up on leads, negotiate contracts, and close deals efficiently. Maintain and expand the customer database and build long-term client relationships. Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets. Coordinate with internal teams (designers, developers, and marketers) to ensure project handovers are smooth. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities. Key Requirements: Proven experience in digital sales (websites, software, or digital marketing services). Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Confidence in giving presentations and product demos. Self-motivated and target-oriented mindset. Familiarity with CRM tools and proposal documentation. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field is preferred. Preferred Skills (Bonus): Prior experience in an IT or marketing agency Understanding of WordPress, SEO basics, or SaaS platforms Local market knowledge (Kerala/South India) if applicable Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹13,439.37 - ₹26,864.24 per month Schedule: Day shift Morning shift Supplemental Pay: Commission pay Performance bonus Language: English and Hindi (Required) Work Location: In person
