Job Overview:

Tele Executives / Desk Callers

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective clients and partners.
• Explain our services (e.g., ambulance booking, healthcare support) in a clear and convincing manner.
• Handle inbound queries through calls and WhatsApp.
• Maintain a follow-up pipeline using CRM tools or Excel.
• Understand customer pain points and communicate solutions.
• Coordinate with internal departments for smooth onboarding.
• Maintain call logs, feedback, and data entry records properly.
• Achieve weekly/monthly targets related to leads and closures.

Requirements:

• Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi and basic English.
• Confidence in handling calls professionally.
• Prior experience in Telecalling, Customer Support, or Sales preferred.
• Basic knowledge of healthcare services is a plus.
• Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines.
• Comfortable using WhatsApp, Excel, and call tracking tools.

Salary & Benefits:

• Monthly Salary:

  ₹5,000 to ₹20,000 (based on experience & skillset)

• Performance Bonus:

  Up to ₹2,000 per month
