Business Development Officer

About Us: Chintamani Finlease Ltd is a dynamic NBFC focused on improving financial inclusion by offering innovative lending solutions. We work closely with Fintechs, DSAs, and other financial institutions to empower underserved credit segments. As we continue to expand, we’re looking for a proactive and strategic Business Development Officer to drive partnerships, optimize processes, and contribute to the company's rapid growth trajectory. Key Responsibilities: Drive partnership development by identifying, pitching, and onboarding Fintechs and Corporate DSAs to expand lead generation channels. Strategically implement API integrations and tech-based solutions to increase lead flow and operational efficiency. Collaborate closely with Legal, Sales, and Operations teams to ensure seamless execution and partner onboarding. Strengthen internal processes to reduce turnaround time (TAT) and improve sales team productivity. Build and maintain strong relationships with CXOs, Co-founders, and senior stakeholders in the Fintech ecosystem. Lead deal negotiations and closures with a focus on mutual value creation and revenue enhancement. Align with shareholders and senior leadership on strategic goals and contribute to key business decisions.
