Job Title: Solar Sales Executive / Business Development Manager (BDM)

Job Type: Full-Time

Experience:

• Executive: 1–2 years in solar or renewable energy sales

Key Responsibilities: For Sales Executive:

• Identify and generate leads for residential, commercial, and industrial solar projects
• Conduct site visits and assess feasibility for solar installations
• Explain product offerings, system benefits, and financial returns to clients
• Prepare and follow up on quotations, proposals, and negotiations
• Coordinate with technical and operations teams for timely installation
• Maintain CRM records and meet monthly sales targets

For Business Development Manager (BDM):

• Develop and execute business growth strategies in solar energy markets
• Identify new business opportunities and build long-term client relationships
• Negotiate contracts and close deals with commercial and industrial clients
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on project delivery and client satisfaction
• Represent the company at solar/renewable energy events and exhibitions.
• Analyze market trends, competitors, and recommend improvements to leadership
• BDM: 3–5 years with proven business development experience in solar/rooftop/commercial/industrial segment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
