Business Development Manager

DrAtHome is on a mission to revolutionize home healthcare by providing physiotherapy, yoga, mental health counseling, and recovery services at people’s doorsteps, workplaces, and sports arenas. As we expand rapidly, we are looking for a dynamic, result-driven Business Head to lead our strategic growth, partnerships, health retreats, and business operations.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

✅ Expand & Strengthen Homecare Services – Develop and implement strategies to increase inquiries and service adoption.

✅ Lead Strategic Collaborations – Establish strong partnerships with hospitals, doctors, corporates, sports teams, wellness resorts, academies, and event organizers to enhance service reach.

✅ Develop & Manage Recovery Partnerships – Ensure seamless integration of sports physiotherapy, mental health counseling, and nutrition services at sports events, marathons, and corporate fitness programs.

✅ Drive Product & Brand Collaborations – Partner with orthopedic brands, posture correction solutions, insoles, sports recovery products, diagnostics labs, pharmacies, health insurance providers, and wellness technology companies to expand DrAtHome’s service offerings.

✅ Oversee Health & Wellness Retreats – Plan, manage, and execute premium holistic retreats focused on physical and mental well-being for high-end clientele.

✅ Tech & Digital Integration – Leverage telehealth platforms, AI-driven physiotherapy tools, and data analytics to optimize patient engagement and service efficiency.

✅ Investment & Funding Collaboration – Work on securing investments, grants, and partnerships to drive business scalability.

✅ Convert & Manage High-Quality Leads – Generate business inquiries, convert leads into clients, and ensure long-term partnerships.

✅ Ensure Excellence in Service Delivery – Oversee quality assurance, operations, and client engagement across all healthcare services.

🔹 Ideal Candidate Profile

✔️ 10+ years of experience in business development, healthcare partnerships, corporate wellness, sports management, or digital health solutions

.✔️ Strong network with hospitals, doctors, sports organizations, corporate firms, and wellness industry leader

s.✔️ Proven track record in scaling healthcare businesses through B2B and B2C collaboratio

ns.✔️ Expertise in sports recovery, corporate wellness, and premium health retreat managem

ent.✔️ Knowledge of AI-based healthcare solutions, telehealth platforms, and digital patient engagement t

ools.✔️ Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and business strategy s
