Role Overview – Business Development Manager

We’re looking for a

strategic and energetic Business Development Manager

to help expand our footprint, secure brand/event partnerships, and grow revenue streams. This role blends relationship-building, client management, and a strong understanding of the creative/event space.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new B2B and B2C business opportunities
  • Pitch and close deals with venue partners, brands, and collaborators
  • Build long-term relationships with clients, sponsors, and vendors
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of deals
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis
  • Achieve revenue targets and prepare periodic sales reports
  • Represent the brand professionally at meetings and events

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • 1–3 years of experience in business development, sales, or client servicing (preferably in events/lifestyle/creative industries)
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong networking ability and confident presentation skills
  • Self-driven, target-oriented, and a team player
