Business Development Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate and convert leads for interior design and fit-out projects in commercial, retail, hospitality, and residential sectors
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships with architects, developers, PMCs, and corporate clients
• Understand project requirements and work with internal design and project teams to deliver tailored solutions
• Prepare project proposals and conduct presentations to key stakeholders
• Drive new business through site visits, referrals, cold calls, and networking events
• Meet and exceed sales targets and manage sales pipelines efficiently
• Provide regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities
• Ensure seamless handover to project execution team upon deal closure

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Architecture, Interior Design, or related field
• Minimum 3years of business development/sales experience in interior fit-out or allied industries
• Strong understanding of the Mumbai real estate and construction ecosystem
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Network of contacts across builders, architects, and corporate decision-makers
• Self-driven, target-oriented, and customer-focused approach
