Role Overview:

We are seeking a results-oriented and highly motivated Business Development Executive/Manager to lead client acquisition, international business development, and strategic partnerships. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving company growth by identifying opportunities, managing relationships, and closing deals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and onboard new clients for digital marketing services
  • Drive company growth through strategic business development initiatives
  • Conduct meetings with international and domestic clients.
  • Develop and execute outreach campaigns across platforms including LinkedIn, email, and industry events
  • Prepare customized proposals, presentations, and pricing models for prospects
  • Collaborate with the marketing, operations, and service delivery teams to ensure client satisfaction
  • Analyze market trends and competitor strategies to identify business opportunities
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closure
  • Maintain a CRM system to track leads, opportunities, and client communications
  • Represent the company in networking events, trade shows, and online webinars

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • 3 to 5 years of proven experience in business development, preferably in a digital marketing agency
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong command of English (spoken and written); experience in handling international clients is preferred
  • Ability to meet targets and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Google Workspace, and CRM software
  • Knowledge of digital marketing services and trends is an added advantage
