Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Manager located in Vadodara. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and developing strategies to drive business growth. Day-to-day tasks include conducting market research, preparing business proposals, meeting with clients, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and optimal service delivery.

Qualifications

Proven experience in Business Development, Sales, or Marketing
Strong market research and analytical skills
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
