Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Indore for a Business Development Manager. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and developing strategies to meet sales targets. Day-to-day tasks include market research, prospecting, preparing and delivering presentations, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with other teams to ensure customer satisfaction and business growth. Qualifications Proven experience in Business Development, Sales, and Client Relationship Management Strong skills in Market Research, Prospecting, and Lead Generation Excellent Negotiation, Presentation, and Communication skills Ability to formulate and implement effective Sales Strategies Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
