Job Summary:We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager who has proven experience in B2C sales, a strong network in fintech, e-commerce, or loyalty program sectors, and the ability to generate leads independently . The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving growth by identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and managing the entire sales cycle.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, generate, and qualify new leads through networking, market research, cold calling, and other sales tactics.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospects and convert them into long-term clients.
• Leverage existing connections in fintech, e-commerce, or loyalty sectors to create new business opportunities.
• Develop and deliver customized presentations and pitches to prospective clients.
• Collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions based on client needs.
• Negotiate and close high-value deals while ensuring profitability and client satisfaction.
• Track and report on KPIs, sales metrics, and market trends regularly.
• Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote brand presence and generate leads.

Requirements:

• Proven experience (3–5 years minimum) in B2B Sales, preferably in Fintech, E-commerce, or Loyalty/Rewards Platforms.
• Strong networking skills and ability to open doors with key decision-makers.
• Demonstrated ability to generate leads independently, without relying on company-provided data.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and MS Office Suite.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
